It still blows my mind that Newgrounds was created in 1995.

This site is older than a lot of social media platforms and unfortunately, it dosent have the same popularity as it did in the 2000s.

But hey at least still people come here.

People have gotten jobs because of this platform.

People have gotten full tv shows because of this platform.

A lot of people would have been nothing without Newgrounds.

Sure a lot of animators come and go over the years for either content changes or unfortunate deaths.

Examples

• @Egoraptor switched to Game Grumps
• @Oney OneyPlays
• @eddsworld Edd’s Passing in 2012 but is carried on by Matt and Edds Family.
• @hotdiggedydemon Who abandoned Newgrounds at one point and continued animation on YouTube up until 2023 when he transitioned to gaming content.

But we still have new talent and some older faces bringing content to this platform to this day.
