You're being way too hard on yourself. While it's good to acknowledge any faults you may have, I guarantee the people you're apologizing to don't view this situation the way you do, in the sense that you're only magnifying what you perceive as an issue, when really it's completely trivial.

you didnt necessarily have to do this but it still says that youre a good person deep inside, its rather best to get some things off your chest than do nothing about it

I should have never made that comment to your friend in the first place. That’s on me.
We all make mistakes, and that's a fact, since it's what characterizes us, as humanity - the important thing of these, however, is to learn from them, so you don't repeat them again.
Take it easy - I don't think you have done anything that bad, but try to think twice before deciding to do anything/say anything, from now on. Learn to control yourself, your emotions and your thoughts.
Trust me, it's the best solution, at long term.
