@Anamonator It's actually a great tool if you have the patience for it. And now it's cracked pretty much everywhere, so it's free. There are a ton of resources for learning online as well, a lot of them on this site -- if you can view them through Ruffle or whatever. The main problem is going to be, if you make games in flash, no one is going to support them anymore. But movies -- you can convert your swfs to mp4 or html5 and they'll work beautifully

@ADR3-N I'm 18 and 2012 was a golden year for the web, especially games.
@RealTin3Sn I remember. I missed out on a lot of it taking hiatuses for one reason or another, but NG was freaking banging back then too. 2008 and prior was a real wild west, a bit more active. The quality of everything by today's standards was lackluster, but every flash left an impression in your mind, like a bootprint in fresh concrete
