I don't even think you are allowed to open commissions, since you're a minor and you don't have a clear source to receive the money from them.
Whatever the case is, I recommend you to continue working hard in improving your "artistic skills", while you wait to reach a proper age to make this type of stuff. That way, in the future, you might actually be
able to get some cash from making art.
No. And I'm not trying to be rude about it. You still have a long way to go to be able to monetize your drawings. Hell I don't even think I'm at that level yet.

But some people might like your style, and might ask you to do a headshot for a pfp or somewhat. I wouldn’t do it now since your still not exactly that good (neither am I man XD), but with improvements, you could definitely open commissions!
